The Canadian Thoracic Society is pleased to invite you to attend the 15th Annual Canadian Respiratory Conference (CRC) in Montreal, Quebec, from April 20 to 22, 2023. This meeting has become an annual must-attend educational and scientific event for members of the Canadian Thoracic Society (CTS), Canadian Respiratory Health Professionals (CRHP) and others working in respiratory health.
The conference is of special interest to those in our clinical and scientific community, including adult and pediatric respirologists, residents, fellows and trainees, family and emergency physicians, respiratory therapists, pulmonary technologists, physical therapists, nurses, dieticians, pharmacists, educators and other professionals working in the respiratory field. Travel Arrangements
Global Travel is the official travel agency for the Canadian Respiratory Conference (CRC). For assistance in making your travel plans, or for discount booking codes for VIA Rail Canada, Air Canada and WestJet, visit the conference website at cts-sct.ca/crc.
International Delegates
International delegates wishing to attend the CRC are responsible for their own arrangements including travel, accommodation, visas, registration fees and incidentals. The CRC does not provide letters of invitation. To assist with securing travel visas, the CRC will provide receipts upon payment of fees as confirmation of registration.
Registration Materials
Only delegates registered for the CRC may claim registration materials at the conference registration desk; it will not be possible to collect materials on behalf other delegates.
Photographs
Photographs taken at the Canadian Respiratory Conference will be utilized in future CRC promotional material that may include print, electronic, or other media including the CRC website. By participating in CRC 2023, you grant CTS the right to use your profile captured photographically for such purposes.
COVID-19
We are very excited to be meeting in person again. Please note that the Canadian Thoracic Society plans to meet and/or exceed all local public health protocols that will be in place at the time of the Canadian Respiratory Conference. All aspects of the conference will be conducted following public health guidelines established by the Montreal regional public health department (Direction régionale de santé publique de Montréal), the Gouvernement du Québec, and the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC).
Cancellations received in writing by March 27, 2023, will be refunded in full, less a $150 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 27, 2023. Only cancellations received in writing will be processed.
Substitution of delegates is permitted up to and including the first day of the conference.
The Canadian Thoracic Society (CTS) reserves the right to cancel
the conference due to insufficient registration and will be responsible for
refunding conference registration fees only.
